A 3/4″ sanded plywood mounting base is used for the flag. The flag’s Union and Stripes, lower section and frame is Cypress wood. Birch plywood is used to laser cut the stars. All pieces are sanded with 150 and 180 grit sandpaper prior to finish coat. Minwax oil stain is used for the union and red stripes, white acrylic paint is used for the white stripes and stars. The lower section of the flag and frame are left natural.  Two coats of Helmsman Spar Urethane is then applied to the entire design. Our customers can choose one military branch seal (Air Force, Navy, Coast Guard, Army, Marines or any first responder branch), seal size varies from 8″ to 10″ and will be decorated in the military branch or first responders colors. The branch service seal will be mounted in the lower section of the flag. All wood materials made and assembled in Panama CIty, Florida, U.S.A.
