3/4″ sanded cabinet grade plywood is used for the base plate, the base is then finished with 3/4″ x 5 1/2″ tongue & groove pattern whitewood boards. 3/4″ pine hardwood boards are used to create a shadow box frame, then a piece of 1/2″ pine trim is routed with a decorative design and attached to the inside of the frame to finish the shadow box. Two coats of clear semi-gloss polyurethane is applied for a finish coat.

A piece of 3/4″ sanded cabinet grade plywood is designed and cutout for the cross baseplate, a natural stain is then applied. The two-layer family split-name cross is laser cut from 1/4″ PureBond Maple & Walnut plywood with polyurethane finish coat. Liquid Nail adhesive is used to bond the three cross layers together as well as securing it to the tongue & groove board. All wood materials made and assembled in Panama CIty, Florida, U.S.A.
